Duties:
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from builders and homeowners
- Scheduling home visits and site visits.
- Managing records and updating information as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Bilingual a plus! (English/Spanish)
