A prominent personal injury law firm in West LA is seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant/Office Runner to assist the Founders run their personal lives smoothly so they can focus on the growing needs of our firm.
If you are resourceful, quick on your feet, can juggle multiple tasks with a "no job is too big or too small" attitude, you are encouraged to apply. This position is roughly 75% personal assistant and 25% office runner/admin assistant.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, your duties include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling both work related and personal appointments for the Founder with an emphasis on calendar management
- Assisting the Founder and head of departments with courier needs, e.g., picking up/dropping off legal documents, supplies, office lunches, dry cleaning, etc
- Assisting the Founder with personal ad hoc projects including coordinating child care schedules, car/home maintenance & repairs, etc
- Supporting various departments within the firm with administrative and operational tasks as needed, including making copies, organizing shared spaces in the office, event planning
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, executives, and faculty
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in an administrative and personal assistant role is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Clean driving record with a reliable vehicle
