We are looking to add a Controller/Financial Manager to our rapidly growing residential fence company to help take us to the next level. We have extremely high growth goals and want help managing the financial aspects to ensure we achieve them. The Controller/Financial Manager will manage all aspects of the accounting and cash management, including taking over all pricing functions. This person will be integrated into the business operations enough to understand and improve our processes.All ideal team members in our company join because they are excited about the idea of growth and working in a team based atmosphere.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading accounting functions (5-7 years total accounting)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business field
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite - with a strong focus on Excel
- Strong business communication skills - verbal and written
- Extensive reporting experience
- Ability to takeover pricing responsibilities from the President
- Ability to be on Leadership Team and at times lead meetings
- Must be able to create a budget based on our revenue and profit goal.
- Work from the office (not a remote position)
- Support all other departments in reporting
- Lead all job costing
- In charge of all accounting and bookkeeping functions for the business
- High work ethic and self-initiative
