Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Professional Representative at United Hail Pros, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers through various sales strategies.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present United Hail Pros' services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers about the benefits and process of paintless dent repair.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and community activities to promote United Hail Pros' services.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or PDR industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
