Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Construction HVAC Customer Service Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service, answer phones, problem solve, assist the dispatchers and other team members when needed
- Reviews current processes, services and makes recommendations in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience
- Works cohesively with managers, installers/technicians, dispatchers, and account managers, to support and promote multiple business solutions for both short and long-term growth opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of CSR experience desired. HVAC experience is a plus.
- Utilize company computer systems to accurately obtain / maintain job information
- Must have high attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues when required.
