We are looking to add an Office Clerk for our Wholesale Warehouse Department. This is a part time position Monday - Friday 9AM-2PM. As we get closer to the holidays, hours and days worked might change based on the needs of the company.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Must have strong computer skills (Experience with ERP system preferred)
- Looking for someone with Shipping experience (Preferred)
- Taking customers’ orders in a timely manner
- Monitor invoices and process invoices on a daily basis
- Communication with Dock workers
- Answering and directing phones
- Multi-tasking
- Handling money transactions - Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years in customer service role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen & a background check
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
