Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 75 years, is hiring a Call Center Representative to join our Customer Service Department located in Odenton, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments for both our Residential and Commercial Sale Departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Assist with Data Entry, Scanning and Filing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to enter customer information while listening on the headset.

Schedule Option 1:
- Monday 7:30-5:30
- Tuesday 7:30-4:00
- Wednesday 7:30-4:00
- Thursday 7:30-4:00
Schedule Option 2:
- Monday 7:30-5:30
- Tuesday 7:30-4:00
- Wednesday 7:30-4:00
Pay rate is $18.00 an hour for this position.

- This is an in-office position and cannot be performed remotely.
