This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in HVAC/R and industrial electrician work. If you have a passion for hands-on work and enjoy troubleshooting and repairing equipment, we encourage you to apply. **Duties** - Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance. - Conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and industrial machinery. - Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment to access areas that require maintenance. - Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other electrical components. - Work independently in the field to provide field service and support to our facilities. - Use precision measuring instruments to diagnose and repair issues. - Perform stick welding and other welding techniques as needed. - Document work performed and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations. **Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. - Proven experience in HVAC/R and industrial electrician work. - Knowledge of logic controllers and other electrical components. - Experience with scissor lifts and other aerial equipment. - Ability to use precision measuring instruments. - Proficiency in stick welding and other welding techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
