Position Summary:
The Manager, Product Management will be responsible for managing the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for their assigned product portfolio. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product innovation and growth. In addition, they will work with product ops, and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assist with executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives.

Help craft and implement product marketing strategies for all product lines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.

Assist with conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer needs.

Help define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and business results.

Work with Product Ops to ensure smooth operation and delivery of products.

Partner with the product management specialist on all product tasks.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Research, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2-3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.

Self-starter with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
