We’re searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or MA Supervisors to join our team of compassionate professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide program development, case management, supervision, parent coaching, and staff training for in-home behavior intervention services to developmentally disabled individuals, who may display significant behavioral challenges and/or skill deficits.

Compensation:
- Full Time, Exempt position.
- Salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 a year depending on experience and length of BCBA certification.
- Starting $30 per hour for MA Supervisors depending on experience.
- Auto stipend (travel/mileage).

Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification or Masters Degree.
- Possess a current California Driver’s License, proof of driver’s insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Must obtain fingerprints as proof of clearance to work with children by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Department of Investigations (FBI) via LiveScan Fingerprinting.
- Must have a clean and clear driving record.
Hours:
- Full time 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to accommodate varied schedules to meet client needs, including late evening and some weekends.
- Hours provided for in-home program are typically in the late afternoon to evening.
