The Personal Injury Case Manager at The Stuckey Firm, LLC will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the various aspects of personal injury cases. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, empathy for clients, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys to ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance throughout the legal process.
· Regularly communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
2. Case Coordination:
· Work closely with attorneys to manage and coordinate personal injury cases from case initiation to resolution.
· Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents and information are accurately recorded.
· Use Case Management software to maintain current status of case files and tasks to be completed, timely and accurately.
3. Investigation and Documentation:
· Assist in the investigation of personal injury claims by gathering medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation.
· Prepare and organize case documentation for attorneys, including medical summaries, medical billing charts, chronologies, evidence, trust accounting, expense accounting and insurance documents.
4. Insurance Communication:
· Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties to facilitate the exchange of information.
· Ensuring that each case’s medical bills are properly billed, open and manage subrogation claims and Medical Payments claims.
