As an integral member of our sales force, you will be responsible for hunting and acquiring new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. This role requires a proactive, independent, and competitive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to exceed goals.
Responsibilities for our Outside Sales Representative:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and innovative strategies to drive sales and outdo revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate forecasts.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications for our Outside Sales Representative:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the Ad Specialty industry.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
