JOB DESCRIPTION: Client Services Specialist Date: March 7, 2024
REPORTS TO: Client Services Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary: Pro Print is looking for experienced candidates who have a successful track record of earning, building, and maintaining client relationships. As a member of the Client Services Specialist team, you will work to assist customers via phone and email, efficiently managing time, to understand customer requirements and serve as a resource to assist clients in all aspects of the print production process.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- At Pro Print we acquire, service, and retain our ideal customers.
- Outbound calling to verify buyers is a critical part of the responsibilities of this position.

- Work with internal systems and teams to ensure all client needs are met.
- Conduct effective, prompt, and courteous customer communications.
- Introduce new products and services to customer when appropriate.
- Develop and execute customer-specific growth plans to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Gather market information from our customers through conversation and report back to management the current trends, uses and application of print products.
- Effectively use technology tools to fulfill these duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher with acceptable work experience
- 3+ years of customer driven success in a customer facing position
- Printing and/or Graphic Design experience is a significant plus but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
