Scope of Work:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Site Inspector to join our team on projects for DRNA's beaches and facilities and its branches. The elected candidate will be tasked with:
- Measuring dimensions, inspecting, and reporting to their supervisor on all DRNA and contractor works.
- Identifying and documenting inefficiencies and tasks within these works.
- Collecting and recording field data and using the format provided by the M2A division for daily progress and work documentation.
These, among other tasks.
Project Objective
We aim for the reconstruction and remodeling of DRNA facilities for better use and a tourist-friendly environment. That is, the intention is to have better areas for our people, bathers, and locals, so we can continue falling in love with Puerto Rico and contribute a grain of sand in the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections on-site, with a focus on agility and adherence to the construction plan.
- Identify inefficiencies and efficiencies of the contractors.
- Compile and maintain daily records, especially understanding what the plan provides to be done and guiding and suggesting to the contractor.
- Ensure all collected data is organized.
- Consistently communicate with the project manager to provide the desires of both parties, as well as DRNA compliance.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable car for transportation between the beaches.
- Must own a cell phone for communication and data entry purposes; a computer is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in inspection roles, preferably in institutional environments.
- Strong technical background with a focus on construction, asphalt, remodeling, and environmental conservation.
