Description:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Officer Manger will promote the administrative, financial, and clinical integrity of the center by working in conjunction with the supervision team, scheduler, and technicians. The Office Manager facilitates teamwork by assisting the ED in meeting all clinical and financial KPIs determined by the Executive Director.
Position Status: Non-Exempt / Part Time
Duties:
1. Demonstrate administrative skills to assist the ED and team in achieving the agreed-upon KPI targets.
2. Maintain the organization of the office by coordinating cleaning, vendors, and upkeep services, as assigned.
3. Assist the ED in the intake coordination and communication with incoming clients/families.
4. Assist in orienting, training, monitoring, supervising, and supporting (OTMSS) Behavior Tech staff members.
5. Apply teamwork management skills focused on the discovery of creative solutions to change negative variances.
6. Helps to maintain the morale and positivity of team members by consulting and relaying concerns.
7. Work with the marketing and ED team members to fulfill on-the-ground marketing/advertising efforts.
8. Know referral sources by name and face, and interact responsibly in his/her community.
9. Present with an engaging interpersonal relationship-building demeanor and a can-do attitude.
10. Assists in communication and relay to the RBT team and stakeholders as directed by the ED.
11. Appropriately direct complaints from clients, family members, referral sources, payers, and team members as needed.
12. Assist ED in purchasing and pick up of orders and materials.
13. Maintain inventory of supplies and manage resources according to the budget, as needed under the direction of ED.
14. Assists in tracking attendance, reporting to scheduling, ED, and HR.
15. Submits Incident Reports and communicates with ED & HR in a timely manner.
16. Filling and maintenance of physical client records.
17. Maintain the minutes or assignment of minutes for all staffing meetings.
18. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Diploma Required
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in administration, reception, or behavioral health.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to use and adapt to new technology
5. Ability to pass a criminal background check according to standard policy
6. Authorized to work in the United States of America
