Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth back office operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Utilize computer software to maintain records and organize information
- Solve problems efficiently and proactively
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and productivity
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
- Experience with Microsoft Planner is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Assertive and proactive in addressing issues and finding solutions
- Previous experience in an administrative or back office role is preferred
