The Appraisals Administrator will work nationally with the Managing Director of Appraisals, Appraisal Manager, Appraisals Supervisor, Appraisal Associates, and Appraisers. The primary focus is supporting the Appraisals Team in Appraisal Assignment Proposals and Appraisal Agreements, scheduling appraisal appointments, completing appraisal reports, building Hindman Appraisal's customer base, and contributing to the business's growth strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Managing Director with administrative projects and requests.
- Work closely with the Appraisals Manager, Coordinator, Associates, and other Appraisers in creating and delivering Appraisal services, proposals, and agreements.
- Work on creating appraisal reports, inserting photographs after appraisal on-site visits, and proofing appraisal cataloging following the Hindman Appraisals style guide.
- Assist with client communication on the status of appraisal assignments.
- Create and maintain the client’s digital appraisal work file.
- Create and maintain appraisal templates and reports.
- Field appraisal inquiries from emails and across the country.
- Assist with the creation of appraisal invoices for the client.
- Assist with tracking appraisal status, invoice totals, and conversions from appraisals to consignment on the Hindman Appraisals Excel Tracker.
- Conduct walkthroughs and collect photographs for possible appraisal assignments.
- Assist on-site during the appraisal inspection as needed.
- Assist with proofing appraisal reports, documents, proposals, and agreements.
- Liaise between Trust, Estate, & Private Client Group, Specialist Departments, and Hindman Appraisals as needed.
- Participate in weekly Team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in the appraisal industry.
