- Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain and update the service calendar, ensuring optimal route planning and technician availability.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or maintenance plans to existing customers.
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for new and returning customers.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and explaining the benefits of our various pest control solutions.

- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in our database.
- Mmanage billing inquiries, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Multitasking and Problem Solving:
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other office applications.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Attributes:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Adaptable and able to wear many hats in a dynamic work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
