Trustpoint.One has partnered with the New York City office of a leading AmLaw firm in their search for a Legal Assistant. This long-term, temporary role does have the potential for direct hire for the right person. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for duties that include:
- Administrative, secretarial and clerical support
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Conference arrangements and coordination
- Interaction with clients
- Other related duties as needed
The qualified Legal Assistant will ideally have at least 5 years of law firm experience, supporting a Partner or C-Suite executive. Exposure to legal transactions and/or disputes is highly preferred. Intermediate or advanced Microsoft skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
