Axiom Builders is a commercial and residential construction company. Axiom Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We have more than 15 years of experience with custom home remodeling and additions in the Dallas area. We manage projects from custom new build construction, to commercial, to residential remodel, and multifamily communities.
The Assistant Project Manager/Superintendent will work closely with the Multi-Family Project Manager to efficiently manage our multi-family projects in a fast moving environment. This will require extensive communication with internal team members and external consulting engineers, subtrades and suppliers as well as using our construction software.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of day-to-day jobsite construction, adhere to all jobsite safety regulations, including OSHA safety compliance
- Effective communication with Project Manager regarding any performance issues, events, and daily progress.
- Work closely with the Project Manager in all aspects of construction including RFI, Submittal, Change orders processes.
- Monitor and manage all staff and subcontractors on site
- Conduct daily/weekly safety meeting and weekly construction meetings
- Manage & maintain construction schedule to ensure that work is performed according to the contract documents and provide weekly updates
- Ability to understand and follow multi-family apartment construction sequencing, plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards
- Insure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as current drawings log and revision log and communicating these to the subcontractors
- Responsible for coordinating inspections, completing daily reports, verify material delivery quantities, revisions and red-line plan modifications
- Proficient skills as MS Office, Drop Box, CoConstruct, Procore, Blue Beam or other scheduling and organizational software.
- Perform additional assignments per Supervisor’s direction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
