Job Summary:
Professional Care Match, LLC. is seeking LPNs and RNs with a strong wound care background to join our team in South Coast, Massachusetts. This part-time, flexible position will involve providing wound care services to our clients in their homes. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing wound treatment plans under the supervision of a physician. The ideal candidates will have excellent wound care skills, a passion for delivering compassionate care, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
The LPN, RN Flexible Daily Wound Care Assignments at Professional Care Match, LLC. is a part-time hourly healthcare/medical position with a competitive pay rate of $55 to $85 per hour. Our team members are paid weekly and have the potential for pay increases based on performance. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate wound care treatment plan based on physician orders
- Administer and monitor wound care treatments, including the application of dressings and wound vacuums
- Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention methods
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
- Adhere to all healthcare and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- At least one year of experience in wound care, preferably in a home healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge and skills in wound care, including wound assessment, infection control, and dressing changes
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Compassionate and professional demeanor with patients and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records system
- Current CPR certification
