JOB PURPOSE
Administer hiring process steps and proctor assessments with a high degree of customer and quality focus. Maintain and help improve standardized hiring process conditions to meet customer needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Learn and remain up to date with the selection and assessment processes and standards for all targeted positions.
- Maintain process and information security standards.
- Collaborate with client, Talogy support staff, and local team members to ensure process continuity.
- Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
- Able to answer hiring process related questions.
- Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
- Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
- Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
- Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
- Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
- Deliver status updates to client.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Education in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field, preferred.
