As a Recovery Resolution Analyst within our Coordination of Benefits team, you will support the growth of our markets, membership, and COB opportunity within a productional environment. This position is full time. Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7 am - 7 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4-5 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 10am to 4:30pm EST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete COB investigations per documented process
- Understand and navigate NAIC and Medicare order of benefits rules.
- Perform online Eligibility verifications.
- Outbound phone calls to Other Insurance Carriers, providers, and/or members
- Update Core operating system (Facets)
- Update and track results via Excel spreadsheets

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years Coordination of Benefits experience
- 2+ years experience of working in a call-center (inbound / outbound) environment.
- 2+ years experience of reading, interpreting, and following complex process documentation.
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years Community and State (C&S) experience
- 2+ years Employer and Individual (E&I) experience
- 2+ years Medicare and Retirement (M&R) experience
- OCSP, CSP, or Sierra Facets platform knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of NAIC and Medicare guidelines
- Microsoft Visio

- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
