**Job Overview:**
Arrowhead Villas Mutual Services is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant. The ideal candidate MUST have knowlege of Quickbooks accounting and will provide administrative support, assist with customer inquiries, and coordinate office tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Assist in project coordination and management tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation.
- Experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk is a plus.
