Overview:
The Wellspring Schools, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator. The candidate will manage essential operational aspects of our broader school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the principal in their job functions to ensure optimal support and coordination across school activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and staff performances, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Manage the school’s lunch program, bus transportation, and ensure smooth operation of events such as graduations, parent-teacher conferences, and dismissals.
- Oversee overall compliance.
Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or similar.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment in line with Islamic values.
- Proven ability to assist and support senior educational leadership in a variety of operational and strategic contexts.
