Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential clients. Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients in the designated market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability
Experience:
Knowledge of MRO and OEM Industrial Sales with an emphasis in the Fastener Industry is preffered
- Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Previous experience in technology sales or related field preferred
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
