Description:
We are seeking an energetic, positive, and engaging receptionist to be the face of our early childhood campus, including the child development center and mental health services through administrative support. Must have the ability to work with total staff to promote the physical, social, cognitive, and emotional well-being of the children we serve through holistic daily programs designed to enhance healthy age-appropriate development.

When you will work! Part time mornings 6:30am-10:00am
What Will You Do?
Campus Support

Performs front office duties (reception, phones, granting visitors/staff access to the site): Answer main switchboard and respond to visitors

Maintains comfort and safety of lobby/waiting area

Follow COVID procedures regarding online check-in and temperature check

Ensure parents are following COVID safety protocols at drop-off and pic- up
-
Ask visitors that do enter to sign-in to appropriate log (visitor and specialized therapists).

Responsible for ordering office and classroom supplies and assisting staff with clerical duties as needed or required

Processes all incoming facsimiles, scanned documents, etc.; disseminate appropriately.

Assist with metering, mailing outgoing mail, and distributing incoming mail; maintain mail/copy rooms.

Enter Helpdesk tickets as needed for maintenance of building
Child Development Center Support

Complete daily attendance check and report in ProCare.

Additional data entry, and communication regarding facilities management
-
Provide assistance with breaks or room coverage as needed.

Supports Business Office in matters related to processing fee collections

Maintains all records pertaining to attendance, meal counts, and others as delegated by Director

Assist with planning of events, i.e Teacher Recognition Week, March Madness, etc.

Collect Parent satisfaction surveys (10) using paper survey and enter results in Survey Monkey
Mental Health Services Support

Contacts new referrals for therapy to schedule initial assessment, sends consent forms through DocuSign and assists with maintaining up to date records in Electronic Health Records

Provides clinicians with weekly Data Quality reports and supports their timely adjustments of health records

Conducts regular calls with clients on waitlist to inform them of their status

Supports clinical staff with necessary communication to clients
Requirements:
What qualification do you need?

Must have a high school diploma or GED
-
At least one year of administrative experience.

Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

A valid driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
