POSITION TITLE: CLINIC ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT (CAA-OMA)
CLINIC SPECIALTIES: BIO-STRUCTURAL: CORRECTIVE SPINAL REHABILITATION, PHYSICAL THERAPY, AUTO, PAIN RELIEF & WELLNESS, PEDIATRIC & PREGNANCY CHIROPRACTIC CARE, CHILDREN’S HEALTH, WOMEN’S HEALTH, SCOLIOSIS, BIO-CELLULAR: REGENERATIVE THERAPY, PRP, TPI, PEPTIDES, BIO-CHEMICAL: NUTRITION, DETOX, WEIGHT LOSS
HOURS: M/T/W/H/F: 8:15 am – Noon, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
This position requires exceptional knowledge, execution, service, and competency in the following duties/ roles:
Be a “WFC/ WFIW Brand Ambassador”: A Representative of the Values and Culture of the Doctor/ Clinic who Communicates and Commits to them Personally and Professionally while being a Vocal Advocate of our Mission, Purpose and Results.
Be Able to Excel in Following Roles Associated with Position:
a. Assistant to Office Manager and Clinic Administrative Assistant
b. Assistant to Billing Coordinator and Financial Care Plan Preparer/ Reviewer
c. Supervisor of Myotherapy Department
d. Substitute Front Desk (Check In and Check Out) in times of Team Member Absence
e. Clinic Statistician
f. Patient Support
g. Internal Marketing
h. Cross trained for needs across the clinic/ Clinic Assistant in Reserve

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.53 - $20.30 per hour
