Oxford Automotive is looking for a new team member to join our business administration staff in Powell, OH. We are a growing, local auto service company, with four shop locations and a goal to open more. We have a great work environment and want to see our employees develop and grow as a team.
This role will handle all financial, payroll, and HR responsibilities. Highly skilled at setting priorities and tackling the workload as demands shift throughout the week. Strong accurate data entry skills needed. “Close enough” is a last resort, not a regular practice. Investigative skills. Not daunted by setbacks or challenges, but actively works with co-workers to gather needed information, and troubleshoot any issues along the way. The office administrator will use Quickbooks, Google Suite, Excel, amongst other software products.
