Job Description:
- We are looking for a smart, organized, Bilingual (English, Spanish) Truck Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR), that Provide exceptional support to actual and potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist Potential Customers and actual Commercial Auto Insureds with solutions to their needs, and other related Insurance needs:
- Taking accurately information for Trucking Insurance Quotes,
- Generate Certificates of Insurance (COI's),
- Taking Insurance Policy Modifications,
- Providing support in Payments
- Sending & receiving Insurance Underwriters and Customers Documentation
* Using Office Tools like Windows, Office365, Internet Websites, Insurance Software, and related Technologies. Under a well-regulated, ethical, and legal framework.
- Be solutions oriented, and provide the appropriate solutions to demands, and/or forward the requests to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers with Insurance information, and answering requests of Insurance Transactions status
- Support Insurance Endorsements and changes accurately and efficiently
- Update internal Insured records and update control information in accordance with the Insurance Companies & Insurance Agency Standards.
- Perform data entry tasks to update Insured Data Bases and transaction details
- Communicate with Insurance Support Services Providers related to the Agency Operation.
Skills:
- Must take Two (2) INDEED Customer Service SKILLS tests (Mandatory) when you apply. (Test#1) Call center customer service & (Test#2) Verbal communication.
- Capacity to follow instructions, step by step.
- High Ethical Standards.
- Self Controlled & Ability to control stress.
- Organized, excellent cognitive skills. Eager to learn.
- Capacity to work in a standardized and complex environment, that is well defined and regulated by external Entities, learning every day, motivated, taking learning notes and maintaining a daily to-do-list.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Report on-time alerts, related to actions pending and information to other internal Insurance Agency processes. Teamwork required.
- Fluent in English (full proficiency, written and verbal) to assist effectively English-speaking customers (90% of the time)
- Fluent in Spanish (full proficiency, written and verbal) to assist effectively Spanish-speaking customers (10% of the time)
- Strong Interaction & communication skills with the ability to provide support with Insurance products and services
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Zero typing errors, using spelling strategies to avoid errors and omissions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers and provide exceptional service
- Experience with COMMERCIAL AUTO & TRUCK Insurance Agencies is a plus
