Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance
- Monitor and maintain hotel budgets, including revenue and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
-Minimum 3 year’s supervisory experience as Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a hotel
- Experience in a branded hotel is preferred. Wyndham brand experience is highly preferred
