```Experience```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured classroom environment
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to preschool education - Leadership skills are required
