We are seeking a Kitchen Operations and Fulfillment Manager to join our team! You will directly supervise and coordinate our supply chain and logistics for packing and shipping caviar.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the packing and shipping facility to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Involves: preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity and quality standards; training kitchen workers to expand their skills; identifying and resolving problems; co-ordinating with courier companies and filing claims for lost or damaged goods. Determining system improvements and implementing change; contributing information and analysis to growth plans; Taking part in the packing/shipping process as needed in peak periods; dealing with permits, with state officials and inspections.
- Monitor quality of products throughout the supply chain.
Involves: Following food safety procedures; implementing efficient packing system; coordinating with courier services; maintaining health standards for raw and finished products; keeping workspace clean and sanitized;
- Oversee kitchen personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
Involves: recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining kitchen employees; Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedure.Involves: completing audits; keeping track of, organizing and restocking inventory.
- Manage inventory of stock and supplies
- Communicate and report to management and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.Qualifications:
- FOOD SAFETY MANAGER CERTIFICATION
- Previous experience in operations management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
