Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail establishment. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Oversee pricing and stock management to optimize inventory levels and profitability
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on the needs of the business
- Implement retail management best practices to drive sales and achieve targets
Requirements:
