We are a full-service aviation staffing provider dedicated to supporting the aviation and aerospace industries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our diverse customer base.
Employer is reshaping the future of delivery. We are an on-demand drone delivery service that can deliver food, coffee, medicine, and other items within minutes. Our service is faster, safer and produces far less pollution than traditional delivery.
We are looking for passionate and experienced customer service coordinators who are prepared to go above and beyond to delight our unique customers; enthusiastic self-starters excited to help grow and develop our evolving customer care program. You will be one of the first points of contact with customers, merchant partners and the general public.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your role will involve:
● Managing and triaging incoming customer enquiries
● Documenting and reporting on customer care issues
● Monitoring key customer metrics
● Upholding customer care policies
● Facilitating merchant success by: ➔ Onboarding new merchants ➔ Providing support as required to merchants on-site ➔ Building sustainable relationships with merchants through open and interactive communication
● Office administration
● Order fulfillment and package loading
● Stock and inventory management
● Additional tasks as required
Mandatory:
- BA degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years proven customer support/client service experience.
- Account management and coordination experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills across a variety of mediums.
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Desired
- Experience with developing customer care policies and reporting standards.
- Creative flair with the ability to think flexibly and proactively.
- An interest in contributing observations and ideas on a customer-facing product as it develops and matures.
- A self-starter with an interest to grow into roles with more responsibility over time.
Business Justification
- Our Preston Rd site is the first of two significant partner locations with expected volumes to reach as much as 200 orders/day. In an effort to support the partner and our customers, this role would serve as that conduit to both parties.
Contract duration: 1 year
