Dough Roller:
We make our dough fresh in our restaurants every day, because that's how we roll! The dough rolling process starts as early as 7:00am and ends around noon each day. If this sounds like a job for your, please check out the job requirements below.
Essential Functions
- Measure or weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
- Check equipment to ensure it meets health and safety regulations.
- Mix all ingredients according to written instructions.
- Cut, knead, roll, and shape dough to form pizza blanks.
- Clean dough equipment and dough room.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Bending
- Hands, wrists, and arms are subject to repetitive movement.
- Some strength is required to knead the dough.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be capable of following recipes and performing repetitive, structured tasks.
- Experience preferred, but not required.
