**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple ongoing construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, material takeoffs and delivery, managing subcontractors and in-house labor
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and Clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress and quality of work
-Assist with material ordering and delivery to site
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
**Requirements:**
-Reside on Long Island
- Proven experience in residential construction, 5 years or more
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
