Our sign shop is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative / Project Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with project management, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of sign orders.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project specifications and relay important information to customers.
- Learn and apply basic sign-specific graphic design skills relevant to the job, with training provided.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project statuses.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn and apply new skills, particularly in graphic design.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
Job Details:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
