JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, building things, and working with their hands as well as their minds. Our assembly is not your average line-assembly. Employees are very hands-on with our quality tables - you'll be attaching surfaces, hydraulics, leg components, and a variety of accessories. The Assembly Team is also responsible for performing Quality Control Inspections, product packaging and crating, and product shipping activities. Our goal is to create the best teamwork environment while we are currently rapidly growing.
In addition to advancement and leadership opportunities within the Assembly Team, the position will also offer exposure and opportunities to work with our Surface Fabrication Team, Sheet Metal Fabrication Team, Tube Steel Fabrication Team, and Industrial Finishes Team.
Assembly Team members will use a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools including power drivers, nail guns, staple guns, circular saws, miter saws, sanders, grinders, taps, and mill/drill presses. Training is performed on the job by fellow team members who will be working with you side-by-side. Existing experience with the tools of our trade is a plus but you’ll receive training with anything you’re not familiar with.
All of our operations are conducted within our manufacturing facility at 33 Cypress Blvd., Round Rock, TX - so your commute will be consistent and predictable. This is a full time position which is scheduled at 40 hours per week. All tools are provided by the company.
COMPENSATION:
- Entry hourly wage rate starts at $17.00/hour
- 128 hours of annual paid leave (vacation, sick, and holiday)
- Medical insurance benefits
- Dental insurance benefits
- Training with new tools and techniques
- Sincere appreciation and respect of your dedication and performance from your co-workers and management team!
THINGS TO KNOW WHEN APPLYING:
- Our production facility is inside and protected from the sun but is not climate controlled. It does get warm in the summer and cool in the winter. We do have multiple refrigerated water coolers and fans throughout the facility but temperature conditions follow the climate.
- The Regular Assembly Team workday schedule starts at 7:00am and ends at 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break according to the team’s schedule.
- Overtime is frequently available on a voluntary basis but is mandatory in certain peak situations – including occasional weekend work.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally eligible to work within the United States. In compliance with Federal Law, USCIS Form I-9 documents are completed for all employees.
