Job Description:
The Billing/Payroll Coordinator will support all aspects of billing and will provide support to our payroll operations within the company. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing:
- Support the billing process from invoicing to collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process subconsultant and vendor invoices.
- Set-up and maintain projects in financial system.
- Review and process billing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and client contracts.
- Address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments as necessary.
2. Payroll and Human Resource Support:
- Support the payroll/human resource manager on payroll processing for all employees, including salary, wages, bonuses, and benefits in ADP.
- Review and approve payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
