Director of Nursing (DON) – Terre Haute, IN Area
Compensation for this position is very competitive, and there is a very attainable, generous Quarterly Bonus Incentive Program.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and perform supervisory duties for Nursing Department
- Develop and implement resident care services
- Maintain state and federal regulatory compliance
- Provide specialized training for staff as needed
- Proactively respond to survey and/or standard of care issues
- Provide adequate staffing at all times based on facility and census requirements
Qualifications
- Prior SNF Nurse management experience; ADONs encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead department through the survey process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) with a valid state RN license and CPR certification
