Grove Gallery & Interiors (GGI) has an opening for a new member of our design team.
Experienced individuals with retail experience, window treatment sales experience, and interior design backgrounds are needed for this position. With a unique mix of retail, interior design services, window treatment design experience, fine art framing, art gallery, and renovations, Grove Gallery & Interiors affords design associates the opportunity to explore a wide range of residential design related activities with each day different from the last.
Great people skills are a necessity working in a retail environment where a a wide range of services and products are offered. The ever changing showroom makes for an exciting workplace where there are endless things to learn and talented people to partner with on projects. English is the spoken and written language at GGI.
One of the most established companies in Coconut Grove, we have been based in our block long, self owned building since 1986. Our staff of 25 talented people work together as a team to create exciting shopping and design experiences for our clients. Responsibilities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Utilize sales skills to maximize selling opportunities to clients with both products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on exceeding targets
-knowledge and experience designing and sellin window treatments.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Experience in outside sales and business development is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
