Role Description
- Ability to manage and execute all front and back of the house positions during any part of the day
- Effectively manages the restaurant, including administration of policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met. Must maintain an “A” health inspection rating at all times
- Assists profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensures food quality, maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
- Performs day-to-day responsibilities such as using cash register, operating equipment, taking customer orders, etc., as needed
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Manager experience in a restaurant with comparable steps of service and volume
- Formal culinary education a plus
- Toast POS, Clover, or similar POS experience
- Previous experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and COGs strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities required
- Ability to develop positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
