Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Support the Head of Platform Services on various projects.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Process expense claims and invoices.
- Coordinate Webex meetings and logistics for events.
- Manage visitor logistics and phone calls.
- Maintain email distribution lists and departmental reports.
- Take meeting minutes for high-level financial meetings.
- Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with systems like ivalua, My IT / SailPoint, Concur, Tom Net, Clock Net, UPS, Microsoft Outlook, and Tableau.
- Ability to work with other assistants to provide seamless support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently and professionally.
