The right candidate will answer phones daily and book appointments for customers, act as a liaison and provide service information, answer customer questions, and resolve issues as they arise. Office administrative duties include but are not limited to filing, copying, and scanning.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Booking new customers' appointments
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Basic Tech/Computer skills ( Google, Word Docs, Excel, E-mail)
