Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments for patients if necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize work coming in and out from Laboratory
- Locating work cases for offices
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an advantage for medical receptionist positions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
