Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ATLANTECH GENERAL MANAGER

Reports to the Vice President

Performs the duties essential to all supervisory positions.

Trains, cultivates, improves, and monitors the efficiency of the branch team.

Communicate on a regular basis with senior management on issues and opportunities that impact or have the potential to impact the branch or the corporation.

Communicate on a regular basis with branch personnel on issues that impact the branch.

Assumes the overall responsibility of directing the day-to-day branch activities in an efficient, cost effective and profitable manner.

Oversees all sales, customer relations, warehousing, pricing, account receivables, account payables, and other branch level functions.

Responsible for implementing personnel policies with Vice President

Approves, within authorized limits, all branch expenditures for purchase of product, supplies, and equipment.

Performs the responsibilities of the leader of the branch sales effort.

Assists branch employees with handling important customers.

Handles important customer complaints and service issues/problems.

Responsible for maintaining branch level relationships with suppliers. (Note: major vendor relationships are established and maintained at corporate level).

Has the overall responsibility for the branch physical facility, including maintenance.

Attends and participates in company meetings, conferences and conventions as requested and approved by management.

Prepares forecasts and budgets as required with Vice President
