Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer (NYC Office)
Job Purpose The position of Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for all aspects of administration including servers, desktop systems, printers, firewalls, security systems, portable devices, network/telecom equipment, and various software/systems. This position will sit in our New York City office location and provide support to this location as international support for our London and Asia office users. Duties and Responsibilities: • System Administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, and various applications). • Network Administration (management of Cisco network and telephony components including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, internet access, and remote access) • Provide support for printer and desktop hardware, mobile devices, software, and applications. • Proactive monitoring of the environment for potential problems. • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline or eliminate manual infrastructure services tasks. • Develop and maintain documentation and inventory. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent along with investment management industry expertise. • 5 to 7 years of experience working with Active directory (users/groups/group policy/login scripts), DNS, DHCP, and supporting multiple sites/WAN environment. • 5 to 7 years’ experience supporting Windows 2003/2008 Exchange 2010/2016, ActiveSync, SQL 2008/2016 and SharePoint, Terminal Server, IIS • 5 to 7 years of working knowledge of IP networking including DHCP, DNS, VPN, iSCSI configuration, and troubleshooting • 5 to 7 years of experience with system backups and restores (CA ArcServe) including the use of agents for SQL and Exchange • 3+ years’ experience working with VMware ESX servers and SAN storage. • Experience applying security updates and patches. Experience with WSUS is a plus. • Experience deploying and supporting HP Proliant DL servers, HP desktop hardware, peripherals, HP printers, and Windows 10. • Familiarity with scheduling systems such as Autosys or UC4 is a plus • Ability to cover the early shift starting at 6:30 AM when required. After-hours/on-call availability.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
