Who you are:
You are a through individual who prides himself/herself on being organized and process oriented. You are someone who understands material flow including logging in shipments, placing parts in appropriate locations, tracking, and monitoring inventory, reporting inventory levels above/below guidelines, and preparing parts for daily truck departure.
Essential Functions:
· Load and Unload shipments, Check in Deliveries
· Scan Documents Into ERP
· Shelf Product, Palletize stock
· Staging of Orders
· Pull Stock/Inventory, Trigger Stock Ordering
· Perform Audit, cycle counts
· Tag Quarantine Items, Trigger RMAs
· Label Product
· Journal Entries
· Notify Team of Updates
· Update/Post SDS Information
· Equipment Inspections, Powered Lift Operation and Certification
· Lock up warehouse for closing as needed
· Notify Compactor/Dumpster Swaps
· Empty Trash Sweep floor,
· Any Project or assignment given by Supervisor
Education:
· High School diploma
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Ability to use forklift
· Must have strong organizational skills to manage large amount of detail
· Must have the ability to plan out tasks proactively
· Must have strong communication skills with many levels of business associates
· Self-motivated, self-starter
· Ability to use basic office equipment – phone, computer, copier
· Ability to use shop math – addition, subtraction, multiply and divide
Licenses and Certifications:
· Valid, Texas Drivers’ License is required
Physical Demands:
· Ability to work on computer for long periods
· Ability to work in warehouse which is not temperature controlled
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
· Steel toed shoes required
· Reflective vest required
Work Environment/Hours:
· This position works in a warehouse
· Hours may vary based on weather and production schedule
· Some early hours or weekend work may be required
