Summary: The Administrator is responsible for the overall operations, and management of the facility which includes but is not limited to financial management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, resident, family, and staff relations, service delivery and community outreach.
Responsibilities by Function:
- Provides Facility Tours and Follow-Ups for prospective residents in que.
- Plans and executes Marketing events and Community outreach.
- Provides Assessments on all new and Re-Admissions.
- Actively oversees and manages Care scheduling with appropriate ratios and budgetary expectations.
- Maintains Resident contracts and appropriate documentation for Residents Rights and Care.
- Develops, directs, and support daily facility operations 24/7, including financial performance.
- Responsible for monitoring quality assurance and business development goals, including the maximization of census levels and revenue.
- Oversee and monitor every aspect of operations to ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.
- Creates and models a culture necessary to motivate, recruit and maintain staff retention levels
- Establishes financial and programmatic goals, including the management of the facility budget and cost reports.
- Implements control systems to ensure accountability of all departments.
- Acts as primary liaison for residents, families, medical personnel, and the local community
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance with state and federal employee law.
- Leads and manages front desk staff and activities department.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity for all clients, families, guests, fellow employees, and other collaborators to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.

Education/Experience:
- Current PA Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, business or related field.
- Proven leadership ability with a minimum 3 years’ experience as a NHA
- Strong emphasis on the delivery of resident-centered, outcome- oriented care
- Demonstrated proficiency with census development and achieving financial outcomes
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
- Dynamic employee relations skills
